Beetroot Casarecce Pasta
Casarecce is a traditional short pasta, loosely rolled lengthways and slightly twisted. Their twisted shape makes them perfect for holding sauces, whether it's simple pesto or chunky sauces made from eggplant, cheese, and basil. The natural color of this pasta is the result of a beetroot infusion, it makes a meal more nutritious and fun. It is made of 100% organic wheat flour, semolina (Rawa), and beetroot.
Spinach Fusilli Pasta
Fusilli is a spiral or corkscrew-shaped pasta. Because of its twists, it has grooves that are good for holding onto the sauce. Fusilli pasta was originally developed in Southern Italy by rolling and setting fresh spaghetti around thin rods to dry. Wildermart's spinach fusilli pasta is made of natural spinach powder but the taste of spinach is not too strong. It gives a subtle and fresh after-taste. The result is a neutral-flavored pasta that pairs well with a wide range of different sauces and fillings.
