Traditional Miso Blend Tamari
As traditional a Tamari gets, the pool of liquid collected from weighed down Miso’s. While it is not commonly known, true tamari is a by-product of miso fermentation, which means there is limited yield. Compared to soy sauce or store bought tamari, this one has got a crisp sweetness and an extremely light and flavourful salty punch at the back. Quite thiccc she is and definitely one to savour. Cook with it, use it as a dipping sauce, marinades, cures - go wild with it, funkyness at its best.
