Sundried Chilli Flakes

Grown at Rassba Farms, sun-dried to a crisp texture and gently ground into flakes. Dried chili flake is a spice that comes from a mild red pepper in the family Capsicum. Typically used in savory cooking, crushed chilies are occasionally used in desserts and blend well with chocolate. Adding to curries and Mexican dishes for a robust heat. Also great to add warmth to marinades, dressings, and stir-fries or sprinkled over pizzas.
