Rumoured to be the mystical
tea of Tibetan monks, Jun Tea is fermented from Himalayan Honey.
Made for Ananda in the Himalayas.
Process: Pause is a fast ferment for slowing down. We chose the process of honey fermentation to work with a sugar source that is healthier than white, refined sugar, aligning with the goals of Ananda. Jun is a honey-based fermentation. The bacteria and yeast love the wild bacteria available in sugar, so Jun is a quicker ferment, and is also lighter, more floral and often more naturally fizzy, too.

How to: Drink with ice. Start with 100 ml. Always refrigerate. Never shake.
