Whole grain oats that have been rolled flat. Also known as Old Fashioned Oats, these are traditionally cooked in water/stock/broth for 10-12 minutes and have a nutty, chewy texture. They are also really great soaked overnight in milk or curd, with fresh fruit for breakfast the next morning.

Oats are high in soluble fibre & healthy fats. They are the only cereal to contain high quality protein equivalent to soy or meat/egg protein and are very rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals such as Avenanthramides, Thiamin, Manganese, Zinc, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Iron.
