Hemp Hearts - our little seeds are light and nutty, and can be used in so many creative ways - adding a certain flair to your meal. You can eat them straight out of the canister or add them to your dals, chapatis, eggs, porridge or salads…these seeds are the most versatile seeds you’ll come across and seamlessly fit into your diet.

Protein Powder - so much more than just a protein powder. This plant-based protein is the whole hemp seed ground up (minus the oil). It is natural, unrefined and full of fiber which really helps with your digestion!

Trail Mix - meet your 4pm friend. Eat a handful of these seeds and like magic, you’re not ‘hangry’ anymore - thanks to the fibre content. In this delicious mix of all seeds big and small, you’ll find flax, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, and our very own hemp hearts!
