Harissa is a spicy, pounded paste from the Northwest African coast that can be used as a flavourful foundation for fish, meat, stews, soups, and wraps.

Used in North Africa and Middle Eastern cuisines, our version of this sauce is packed with an abundance of heat from a combination of locally sourced Guntur Chillies, black peppercorns, and capsicum.

How To Use: The Harissa sauce brings a spicy and smoky flavour along with hints of nuttiness and sweet. Perfect for adding that oomph to sandwiches, grilled veggies and salad dressings. Also works as a great marinade for meats.
