Founder's journey into baking began as a little girl in her mom’s kitchen. Her grandmom was also a good baker. In 2014 when she was advised to get her son to be Gluten Free. That’s when she took on the challenge of teaching herself a whole new way of baking. Over the years she developed recipes with locally sourced flours and in 2017 began Off-Wheat. Sje started Off-Wheat to help people who are gluten free be able to access good quality, locally made goodies easily. Gluten free doesn’t mean taste free or loaded with sugar. You can be gluten free and have healthy, freshly made baked goods.
