Zuchinni Roll by Sandhya Chaitanya

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini
  • 100 gms of SnakSamaya Cream sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • half a cup of shallots
  • 1 tsp of chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp of dry Italian herbs (garlic, chilli, oregano, chilli flakes)


Method:

Take 100gms of cream sauce. Whisk well to incorporate air and softness in the cream.
Add chopped garlic, fine chopped shallots, fine chopped parsley, 1/2 tspoon on dry Italian herbs that include garlic, chilli, oregano and chilli flakes.

You don’t need to add salt yet. Whisky the sauce and the ingredients well. U can add some cheese (grated) to the mixture.

Make thin slices of zucchini make rolls and fill them will the sauce.

Pop in at 180 deg for 5 mintes in a preheated oven.

Roll it out as an ideal party snack
