Feels sooo good, in an out, to present yourself with a colorful bowl full of whole grains and greens. I've been enjoying this type of a fresh and loaded lunch lately! It really feels amazing to allow nature to do its magical healing.


Ingredients:

  • Boiled Kodo Millet
  • Smoked tofu @aurosoya
  • Lettuce tossed in balsamic vinegar
  • Homemade tahini
  • Homemade spicy kimchi
  • Pomegranate
  • Sesame seeds
  • Pok choi & amaranthus microgreens


Method:Just put them all in a bowl :) A beautifully balanced meal, with every ingredient lending its own unique nutritional value.
