
Feels sooo good, in an out, to present yourself with a colorful bowl full of whole grains and greens. I've been enjoying this type of a fresh and loaded lunch lately! It really feels amazing to allow nature to do its magical healing.
Ingredients:
- Boiled Kodo Millet
- Smoked tofu @aurosoya
- Lettuce tossed in balsamic vinegar
- Homemade tahini
- Homemade spicy kimchi
- Pomegranate
- Sesame seeds
- Pok choi & amaranthus microgreens
Method:Just put them all in a bowl :) A beautifully balanced meal, with every ingredient lending its own unique nutritional value.
