
Ingredients:
- 100 gms cacao nut butter
- 50 gms raw cocoa nibs powder
- ½ tsp Pure Vanilla
- 3 tbsp / 30 gm Coconut Sugar/ Jaggery
- Pinch of salt
- 2-3 drop Orange/Peppermint Essential Oil ( Optional )
- 30 gms of Coconut oil
- 40 ml coconut milk (optional)
- ¼th cup hot water
Method:
- All the ingredients go into the blender
- Blitz till it reaches a thick viscous spread
- If the mixture is too dry, pour some hot water and blitz again.
- Pour or scoop into silicone molds or spread on a baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours. (Alternatively you can just refrigerate in bowls as a pudding. This stays good for 5 days )
- It should stay frozen as it will melt in 20 minutes.
- It will be fresh for months
