
Ingredients:
- 1 small/ medium Bottle gourd chopped roughly with skin
- 2 apples / pear
- 1 tsp flax seed /chia seed
- 1inch piece of ginger peeled
- 1 fist full mint leaves
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 dates/ jaggery to sweeten ( optional)
- 500 ml water
- additional vegetables if you want to add more raw foods later carrot, beetroot, radish
- Garnish : Pomegranate, Lime rinds
- Blitz all ingredients in a mixie With water till fully pulverized
- If too fibrous Strain it out with a wider sieve So that some fiber stays in the smoothie Or add some back
- Garnish with pomegranates and lemon rind
- Serve chilled with ice
