Method:
Rice cooking : Add Biryani masala, salt , peppercorn, 1tbsp of oil and lime to boiling water. Once it starts to boil, add washed basamati rice and cook completely.
Veggies Cooking: Add oil, jeera, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste and fry them until the raw smell goes. Add Peas, Chopped onions, Curry leaves, vegetables of your choice, salt and fry them until they cook completely.
Now add palak and coriander paste, garam masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi and cook for 10 mins.
Add the cooked basmati rice and saute. Add a dollop of ghee or groundnut oil or sesame oil and mix well. Serve hot.
