Gingerbread Ale

Ingredients:

60ml Vodka

Top up with Ginger Ale

10ml Spice infused sugar syrup (cinnamon, star anise, orange)

Garnish: Star anise/candied ginger/toasted marshmallow

Method:

In a highball glass, place some ice cubes.

Pour in the spice infused sugar syrup followed by the vodka.

Top up with the Ginger Ale.

Garnish with a star anise on top of the drink or a slice of candied ginger on top of the drink or two toasted marshmallows on a stick.
